Customers at Wakefern Food Corp.-owned supermarkets will soon see a more engaging, data-driven shopping experience that includes AI-powered deals and rewards. As part of a multiyear partnership, the Keasbey-based cooperative will enhance its existing loyalty program with technology developed by London-based firm Eagle Eye Solutions.

Founded in 2003, Eagle Eye provides a cloud-native AI-powered platform for loyalty, promotions and personalized marketing. Its system helps retailers understand customer buying behavior and then deliver tailored offers across digital, app and in-store channels. By deploying Eagle Eye’s technology, Wakefern aims to deliver real-time offers to shoppers at its 380-plus supermarkets across the Northeast. It also seeks to deepen customer engagement and drive repeat business.
